It's Monday night, and the polls are looking predictably grim for McCain. Once again, the media has succeeded in obfuscating the issues by making the horse race the issue. Here's how the horse race will turn out:
McCain will win both the electoral college and the popular vote. Tipp has The Overlord at 47%. He can't get there from there.
There will be riots if the media stokes them. If they are sober and calm, and not talking about racism, riots might be avoided. Don't hold your breath.
After the election, there will be chaos for some time. Obama will not go quietly into the night. The left will determine that somehow Obama was cheated. The media have crowned him, and he will have to give the crown back to the man he flipped off today: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBMdWxcFXQg (He did the same thing to Hillary, and listen to the crowd. The pathetic and crass groupies that follow his every move knew precisely what he was doing, and so did Obama).
There is still too much sanity in America for this thug to win, and countless Americans feel insulted as never before. They see a media reeking of bias, trying to stuff a socialist street agitator down their throats. His inclination to silence his opponents scares every freedom-loving American.
Obama is a demagogue. If he somehow manages to win, we on the right will have badly misjudged the American people, but there will be no satisfaction in saying "I told you so" when their ebbulience turns to ashes in their mouths.
